Mental Health Therapy - Victoria Roman LCSW

Growing up in Upstate New York, I always dreamed of moving but kept finding excuses not to. It wasn’t until 2023 that I decided to take the plunge. In July 2024, I relocated to North Carolina and started my new chapter. There were many life lessons and unexpected changes, and nothing happened quite the way I’d planned.

I panicked. I was left wondering, “What now?” – and that’s why I deeply understand the confusion and anxiety many of you may be experiencing. My journey as a therapist combines my own life lessons with evidence-based techniques, like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, that work to solve some of life’s most monumental challenges.

Let’s work together to figure out your “what now?” and help you rediscover the joy within.

Hey there, I'm Victoria!

Therapy is a safe space to share your story and gain a better understanding of how to navigate life’s challenges, shed negative thoughts, and rediscover the best parts of yourself.

Core Values

Therapy is about transformation. You wouldn’t be here if everything in your life were perfect! Fortunately, there is good news, and you are in the right place. No matter how challenging life can be, we humans have an incredible capacity to change. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we need guidance, but the desire to change and a willingness to do so is all you need to get started.
